  No matter how conservative the audience, everyone likes to dance to their favorite songs. The trick is to find out what those favorite songs are and to plan the itinerary creating the opportunity for dancing. Once you have a list of dance music requests, dance floor lighting plays an important role in creating a dance atmosphere. Usually guests will dance at an evening wedding more readily than at an afternoon wedding.   Simply stated, As a DJ I bring 2 extra speakers for a total of 4 speakers and place one at each corner of the dance floor facing in.  Instead of loud music coming from 2 speakers facing in one direction, the dancers experience a surround sound effect almost like having head phones on.  On the dance floor the music seems to be all around and not coming from one overwhelming source. 

  Using "Dance Floor Surround Sound" I can actually turn down from usual volumes by half and still create high impact excitement on the dance floor.
