Worried about your DJ being too loud?
Consider "Dance Floor Surround Sound."
Dance music should not be too loud...
... but dancers want to feel the beat and so the music should be loud enough to create excitement
for the dancers on the dance floor.
Dance music should not be so very loud...
that guests who are not dancing
cannot comfortably talk to each other at their tables and
wind up leaving and complaining... "That DJ Was So Loud!"
The problem is with the standard DJ 2 Speaker Setup. At normal dance floor volumes "it will be too loud" for the
tables marked with an "L". These guests may complain or they just may leave.
A host spending thousands of dollars on their special event can have it ruined by a DJ with this setup.
The Solution is Dance Floor Surround Sound.
"Dance Floor Surround Sound" is recommended for audiences of 100 and up.
Simply stated, I bring 2 extra speakers for a total of 4 speakers and
place one at each corner of the dance floor facing in. Instead of loud
music coming from 2 speakers facing in one direction, the dancers
experience a surround sound effect almost like having head phones on.
On the dance floor the music seems to be all around and not coming from one overwhelming source.
Using "Dance Floor Surround Sound" I can actually turn down by half from usual dance floor volumes and
still create high impact excitement on the dance floor.
At the same time, guests who
are seated can still have a conversation and enjoy themselves.
(Dance Floor Surround Sound is not necessary, but as described above,
it is nice to have an evening where guests can talk and
dancers can really enjoy themselves.)
